Non-Refundable Items
- The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- One-time payments, such as the cost of sending messages to other members or viewing their profiles.
- Membership plans that have been automatically renewed.
- Membership plans that have been used to access any premium features of the website.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

- We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe that the request is fraudulent or abusive.
- We do not offer refunds for partial membership plans.
